2023 The International Conference on Geosynthetics and Environmental
Engineering, organized by Inha University, co-organized by Korean Geosynthetics
Society, has been successfully held on March 30-31, 2023 in Jeju Island, South Korea.
The conference was organized as a hybrid event, with both online participation via Zoom and
in-person attendance at the Hotel Regentmarine Jeju, South Korea. It was a really fruitful
conference with more than 100 scholars from all over the world. 12 keynote speakers and invited
speakers, along with 50 oral and poster presenters, shared their latest research in the field of
geosynthetics and environmental engineering, which greatly expanded the knowledge of the
participants in this field.
