Submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceedings, be invited to give the oral presentation, register after you receive the acceptance letter, details listed in the acceptance letter. Abstract will be included in program but will not published in conference proceedings. Register after you receive the acceptance letter and more details list in the acceptance letter.

Register as Presenter (for abstract)
You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper as oral presention/poster if it passes the review.
Registration fee included:15 minutes Oral presentation / Poster Presentation; Attendance to all sessions;Conference program; Name tag; Certificate of presentation; Conference bag; Lunch and coffee breaks.
Register as Author (for full paper)
You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings/journal if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.

Registration Files needed to submit
(1) The final version of the paper (both MS word file and PDF like: 123.doc and 123.pdf)
(2) Registration form(.xls or.xlsx)
(3) Scanned payment proof(.jpg etc)
(4) Scanned student proof(If the first author is a student and the paper register student .)
(5) Copyright agreement form (titled as ICGEE2022 YOUR PAPER ID+copyright, like:"123 copyright".pdf)
Please pay attention your registration will not be confirmed until all Registration Files above is received in full. Payment must be made in USD/RMB. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
Note:
Your paper will be excluded from proceedings at any level of quality checks carried out by the Press. Conference organizers are not responsible if your paper detects plagiarism or any lack in quality reported by the press after submission of final proceedings (camera ready copies) to the press. Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It is sole responsibility of author/s if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of quality check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from proceedings by the Springer.
Payment Receipt:
When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage)
